The hotel offers rooms that are on par with high-end establishments worldwide, making it a great value. The rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzis, gym, and restaurant add to the appeal. The service is efficient and polite, despite a minor incident with payment. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and markets. The dining experience is outstanding but comes at a higher price. Overall, the hotel provides excellent facilities and amenities.
The hotel's rooms were just average, not as extravagant as advertised. On the bright side, they were nice and clean. Having to go down to the 2nd floor restaurant to pay for room service before it arrived was a bit inconvenient. The staff's service, however, was lovely and welcoming, and it's the main reason I would consider returning to the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located in District 5, close to business centers and various local amenities, offering basic yet comfortable rooms with great AC. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff members going the extra mile. Although the dining had tasty options, some prices were slightly high for the value.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of electric ports and USB hubs for my electronics. I enjoyed a nice view of the city. The only downside was having to go down to the second-floor restaurant to pay for room service at 10 pm before it was delivered to the room.
The hotel rooms make you feel refreshed like a spa with a large bed and excellent amenities, but dining might be a bit pricey. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location offers access to various attractions. Facilities are top-notch.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent with a large flat-screen TV, king-size bed, large sofa, minibar, and both bath tub and shower, dominated by the enormous comfy bed. The only downside was having to go down to the restaurant on the 2nd floor to pay for room service late at night before it was delivered to my room.
The hotel's rooms were super comfortable and very spacious, providing great AC. The service was good, especially with assisting in taxis to district 1. The location is as stated, a little way outside of district 1 but offers a free hourly shuttle service. The dining had good options but at European prices. Overall, it's a nice hotel but lacking a bit in professional service and dining value for money.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. On the one hand, the rooms had a beautiful view, but they did smell suspiciously like cigarette smoke when I returned from a day out. The locked suitcase in the room was also a concern, although the executive lounge was a nice touch.
